On 12 August, Maison Bâtard will set the scene for an unmissable dinner hosted by Leeuwin Estate Joint CEO, Simone Furlong, who will share stories of her family’s wine journey alongside a selection of Art Series releases.

Australian Master of Wine and co-founder of Langton's auction house, Andrew Caillard, describes Leeuwin Estate as "an Australian masterpiece, and the dream of coming from nowhere to somewhere."

Founded in 1974 by accountant and surfer Denis Horgan and his wife Tricia, under the guidance of legendary American winemaker Robert Mondavi, Leeuwin Estate helped put Margaret River on the world wine map at a time when the region was better known for its world-class surf than its wines.

Guests will enjoy two vintages each from the highly sought-after Art Series collection, including the superbly complex, finely structured and age-worthy Chardonnay - one of only four Australian white wines to receive a "First Classified" ranking in the prestigious Langton's Classification.

This July and August, Lucas Collective turns its attention to one of the world's most iconic dishes with The Burger Collective, a two-month celebration of burgers across all venues in Melbourne and Sydney. Across the collection, French bistro classics, Japanese izakaya flavours, Thai spice and Italian comfort food all find their way between the bun.

Available exclusively at lunch, each restaurant will offer two limited-time burgers: a signature take on the classic cheeseburger and a chef-created special, inspired by the restaurant’s own kitchen. Every burger is served with fries for just $22 and pairs perfectly with one of our signature cocktails for $15.

Bite into Executive Chef Adam Sanderson’s Au Poive Burger with Pepper Sauce, or for those drawn to the classics, the Le Cheeseburger. Complete the experience with the timeless Olive Martini, a Society favourite.
